Lesley has a passion for inspiring children to learn creatively and has over 8 years of drama practitioner experience within the education sector, both Primary and Secondary age groups.  She has toured the country leading drama workshops and has spent numerous summers producing and leading summer schools as well as developing after-school clubs.

Olivia trained at Italia Conti and has worked as a theatre practitioner since 2007.  She has delivered education outreach programmes in schools in London and Oxford as well as teaching drama and musical theatre in stage schools.  She has also worked with Autistic children, those with special educational needs and children for whom English is a foreign language, developing communication and social skills through drama.  Olivia is passionate about inspiring confidence in young people through theatre and music.  Olivia created the Amarillo Arts Inspire and Learn Programme with Lesley to encourage creativity and group skills in children as they explore different worlds.

Gary is a Qualified Management Accountant (CIMA),coming from a varied background of experience in mainly small to medium sized businesses. He is happiest working with numbers, although he would rather be down the allotment or with his chickens, than in the office.
